1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (raptor-vending.com), using our vending machine services, communicating with Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC, or opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or opt in to SMS communications. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. SMS Program Name & Description of Services

Program Name: Raptor Vending Solutions SMS Notifications

Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC provides vending machine services and operational coordination for clients and service personnel throughout our service area. Our SMS program is used exclusively for business operations and service communications.

SMS messages sent under this program may include the following types of communications:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
  • Service scheduling notifications and coordination
  • Operational communications with drivers and field service personnel
  • Customer support responses related to vending machine issues, including messages initiated through QR codes displayed on our machines
  • Service status updates and maintenance notifications
  • Responses to inbound inquiries from customers

SMS communications are strictly limited to service-related and operational business purposes. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.

3. SMS Messaging Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC as described in Section 2 above.

You may opt in by:

  • Submitting your phone number through our website contact or scheduling form
  • Verbally or in writing providing your number to our staff and indicating consent
  • Scanning a QR code on one of our vending machines and submitting your number

Consent Not Required for Purchase: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following methods:

To stop all SMS messages: Reply STOP to any message from us. To get help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at help@raptor-vending.com.

After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

You may also opt out by contacting us directly at help@raptor-vending.com or calling (385) 438-6325 and requesting removal from our SMS list.

5. Rejoining After Opt-Out

If you have previously opted out and wish to rejoin our SMS program, you may do so at any time by:

  • Replying START or YES to any prior message from our number
  • Contacting us at help@raptor-vending.com or (385) 438-6325 and requesting to be re-enrolled
  • Re-submitting your phone number through our website scheduling or contact form

Upon re-enrollment, you will receive a confirmation message and resume receiving SMS communications as described in Section 2.

7. Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply.  

Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any messaging charges, data charges, or fees incurred by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS communications from our program. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your plan’s messaging rates.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity and interactions. You may receive multiple messages per week during active service or scheduling periods.

8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by factors outside the control of Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC and participating mobile carriers, including network congestion, technical outages, carrier filtering, or device-level settings.

Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC does not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages transmitted through third-party carriers and messaging platforms.

9. Age Restriction

Our SMS program and business communications are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has opted in to our SMS program without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly remove that individual from our messaging list.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including data collected through our SMS program. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services or opting in to our SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes
  • SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties
  • Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information are excluded from all information sharing

11. Compliance with Industry Standards

Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC is committed to operating its SMS program in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including:

  • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • The CAN-SPAM Act
  • CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
  • The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) Code of Conduct
  • All applicable state and federal consumer protection laws

We obtain express written consent before sending SMS messages, honor all opt-out requests promptly, and maintain records of consent as required by applicable regulations.

12. Legal Compliance Note

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC regarding your use of our services and SMS program. Additional legal disclosures:

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede any prior agreements between you and Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC regarding the subject matter herein.

13. Changes to These Terms

Raptor Vending Solutions, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. For significant changes, we may also provide notice via email or SMS to enrolled users.

Your continued use of our services or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may opt out at any time as described in Section 4.
