Each Smart Fridge holds approximately 60 meals. With two fridges, you have capacity for 100+ meals available at any time. This comfortably serves buildings up to 400 employees before optimization or expansion becomes necessary.

As demand grows, we first optimize product mix within existing equipment before recommending additional units. You're never paying for excess capacity.

Can I request specific meals or dietary options? +

Base Infrastructure uses Southerleigh's standard 16-item rotation, which already includes vegetarian, gluten-free, and various dietary options. You can't customize the menu at this tier—that's what Infrastructure+ is for.

That said, we track every purchase. If data shows strong demand for specific dietary preferences in your building, the standard rotation will naturally adjust to include more of those options.

How often are meals restocked? +

Weekly restocking is standard, with timing based on your building's consumption patterns. High-demand locations may receive mid-week top-offs for popular items.

Our real-time inventory system monitors stock levels continuously. You'll never experience empty fridges during peak hours—we see demand patterns before they become problems.

What happens if the equipment needs service? +

Remote monitoring catches most issues before they impact service. When on-site support is needed, our Texas-based team responds within 4 hours during business hours.

Base Infrastructure includes standard support coverage. Infrastructure+ adds annual preventive maintenance; Corporate includes priority 2-hour SLA.

What does the 120-day trial actually include? +
